Boss: Guttler the Gutter, Thanatos piece
Enemy pieces
Signature: Beastly Aura
Signature: Infernal Pain
Weaknesses come straight from the game data (they match the in-game board preview). The star ratings the preview shows for Strength / Intelligence / resistances aren't decoded yet, and attack patterns beyond the signature action aren't in the data at all — that's what the write-up below is for.
Strategy
Mechanics
Guttler the Gutter (with a Thanatos piece) — the boss. Where most Legendary attempts die.
- Autos cleave your pet. If the pet is anywhere near the centre it gets hit. Park it on the polar opposite side with the Place pet command, and fight from the other side; it’ll run in on its own once you attack.
- After the swords go out and the point-blanks resolve: giant axe glowing and she’s on the ground → get behind her; airborne, about to crash → point-blank AoE, get out. In general, be on the opposite side from your pet so the next autos don’t cleave it.
- Tankbuster paralyzes unless you have paralysis resistance (Crimson Ribbon). You can get paralyzed mid-dodge; there’s still time, and Mystic Boots help.
- Beastly Flare is a proximity AoE with steep falloff — easy to forget.
- Slow-burn it. Don’t Parting Blow and re-summon at a bad moment; that’s how pets eat an auto and lose Selfless.

Abilities & loadout
Guttler Piece — boss.
Suggested trio: Adamantoise, Colibri, Cu Sith — tankiness plus high damage; nothing specific is required.
Abilities
- Gyrocleave — vertical line — stand in a side cubby
- Beastly Aura — knockback north and south — stand beside her to be pushed into a cubby
- Gluttonous Goring — floats to a side, axe hanging: sword circles, then a massive circle — be in the opposite cubby, move early, Sprint
- Gluttonous Gutting — jumps to a side, axe behind: sword circles, then a frontal cleave — be in the cubby she occupies, behind her
- Thunderbolt — line tankbuster that paralyses — pop a serum / resistance early
- Overpowering Point — baited line
- Deadly Demesne — cages (bind if you stand in one; detonate their tile + four neighbours) and daggers (hit the tile they point at)
- Molten Metal — baited AoE that leaves a sword with a proximity explosion — drop it in a far cubby and cross over
How to handle it
Her autos are cones, so don’t stand near the pet. The side statues wake up if line AoEs hit them — aim Thunderbolt / Overpowering Point away from them. Her order varies, so know every mechanic rather than a timeline.
