Catoblepas Piece — standard enemy.
Suggested trio: Colibri, Damselfly, Wespe — nothing special is needed — just damage.
Abilities
- Bestial Roar — three orbs and three rings travel outward and pop at a wall or on contact. Orbs = very large circles, rings = donuts. Getting hit petrifies
- Shifting Gaze — from the second Roar: three orb/ring pairs, one of each tethered; the tethered one with an eye petrifies if you look at it
- Jettataura — puddle under you that Hysterias
How to handle it
Watch which shape is about to reach a wall and move for that. Touching a shape pops it early, which you can use on the donuts. Once Shifting Gaze is up, do the same but face away from the eye ones as they resolve. Step out of Jettataura.
