Mechanics

Strix Piece — standard enemy.

Suggested trio: Mantis, Damselfly, Wespe — raw DPS to skip as much as possible.

Abilities

  • Plummet — three rows of three AoEs — stand out of the first row and move in after
  • On the Properties of Quakes — stand in the levitation circle
  • Magical Mallet Theory — step in the slime puddle to become a slime (stunned, takes 1 damage)
  • On the Properties of Floods — damage + knockback unless you are a kappa
  • Ultimate Focus — dispellable magic damage-up
  • On the Properties of Darkness — raidwide
  • Windfeather Whisper — feather add with an unavoidable knockback — Shield Charge back in
  • Check Out — books fire paired circles in the order their mouths open

How to handle it

Each “Properties” cast has one answer (levitation circle, kappa form, slime puddle). Dispel Ultimate Focus if convenient — Darkness doesn’t hurt much either way. Rotate away from the open-mouthed books.
