Rotting goobbues are believed to be mobile corpses manipulated by a deadly funguar. Perishing almost immediately upon infection, the goobbue is guided like a puppet to fertile territory where the funguar proliferates. Naturalists have yet to conclude whether its spores are harmful to mankind.
